See this content in the original post

This week's episode is all about the Golden City of Salamanca.

We explain why it is called the golden city and our sheer delight at walking the historic streets.

Hear how we found the ancient still working convent of San Estaban.

You will hear my description of one of the most memorable moments that I've experienced in Spain.

Lyle explains why the whole old part of the city is a Unesco World Heritage listed site.

We take you walking along the Rio Tormes and see young men practising bullfighting.

We discuss some of the food we did and definitely did not like.

Lyle has a lot of interesting history to share and lastly we take a 2 hour (which turned into 5 hours) guided tour.
